Happy May!
I unfortunately had some unexpected technical difficulties while working to record a new episode for May 1st, and wasn't able to make it happen in time. I'm working on getting back up and running, but regardless it's always a good time to listen anew or listen again to one of my favorite episodes on the book, What Happened to You by Dr. Bruce D. Perry & Oprah Winfrey. The book tackles how trauma can impact how we see the world and interact with the people around us. I hope you listen to the end.
