Happy new month! Kicking off the month of August with an episode about a topic that I am particularly passionate about, maternal mental health. I'm diving deep into the subject of baby blues (8:35), postpartum depression (19:05) and postpartum psychosis (47:29). We're talking causes, symptoms, statistics, risk profiles, treatments and helpful strategies that can assist in getting through this particularly sensitive time.
