Today's episode marks two years since the first episode of what is now known as The Letters & Layers Podcast. In this episode I discuss why I changed the name and what the new title means for me personally. I also talk about having a "come to Jesus" moment with myself last week, and needing to make changes when it comes to my level of comfort. I also talk about not giving up on your day just because it feels like it started off on the wrong foot. It can very well turn around for the better.

This episode is particularly special to me, and I hope you listen to the end. I recorded the bulk of it while sick! But it came out so much better than expected. Happy Anniversary to The Letters & Layers Podcast!
