Sheriff Hightower has served in the position since late 2018. He began his law enforcement career in 1994 at the Bowling Green Police Department. His leadership skills were developed through his 21 years of military service and continuing education with law enforcement.

Brett is also the recipient of the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. He talks about his journey to get to the position he’s in today, how Warren County is preparing for future growth from a law enforcement standpoint and lots of other fun facts along the way.
