The Bullet Cluster does not prove dark matter

Standard theory considers the Bullet Cluster to be proof of the existence of dark matter. I explain the Bullet Cluster using Cyclic Gravity and Cosmology (CGC). Then I respond to several other criticisms. Lastly, I go over some experiments that might disprove CGC or disprove General Relativity.
