Welcome back to TFTSI. Just to be clear, yes, we are on a between seasons, holiday, break. But whether it's holiday's, or between seasons, the "service industry" never closes. And with Christmas and New Years comes it's own blend of wild and crazy. So in this episode, the mic is largely turned over to Ms. B, who takes us through her holiday world of polar bears being ridden, penguins being defiled, wildly emotional guests and their bad behavior and guests whose excuse generator clearly needs to be recalibrated.
