In todays episode, I share some insights into a few of the amazing things I learnt from the All Blacks.
The backstory, last week I was lucky enough to sit in on a private workshop where All Blacks Strength & Conditioning Coach Dr Nick Gill presented on his experiences on being the All Blacks S & C Coach since 2012. I was then able to go and spend a day in the gym and see just how amazing this organisation is and why they are considered the best sporting team over the last 10 years in the world.
I ran out of time on this episode, I could have kept going, hopefully one day I can get the great man on an episode.
