This week, GamerDude goes back into the world of law to discuss The Bar Exam. Before a law school graduate can become a full-fledged practicing attorney, he or she has to pass the bar exam.  Each state has its own requirements, so new prospective attorneys have to pass the bar exam for the state they want to practice in before they can become a full-fledged attorney.   The bar exam takes place over two- to three-days and consists of a combination of essay and multiple choice questions.  Each state has different requirements for the essay questions, which cover different areas of the law. Each state also differs in the number of essay questions they ask. GamerDude took two bar exams; Ohio had 24 essay questions over two days while New Jersey had 6 essay questions over one day.
