Steps to Grow Your Business when You are Slow There is a seasonality to most businesses. Some months are busier than others. In contrast, sales are slower at other times and from a revenue standpoint these months can look like valleys. To grow your business there are two steps to take. You must take action and spend time working on your business when you are busy.
