Shifting the balance: advancing diversity in Telecom R&D

The aim of this podcast is to create awareness on “why the making of 6G technology must include equity, diversity and be inclusive. Why it is important and necessary to build future technology that is unbiased and transparent? In doing so What are the main barriers for women in telecom R&D, and how we can overcome them and How does gender diversity impact innovation in emerging technologies like AI, Cybersecurity etc.
