Episode notes
"I once let rejection and grief control my thought pattern and how I interacted in the world. Burying my mother, father, and grandmother, recovering from multiple miscarriages, and surviving abusive relationships from childhood into my adult years took a toll on my mental health. I’ve spent many years healing and redefining what it means to be me and what my life should look like. I am not just the sum of what I’ve been through, I am learning to add back the pieces of myself that I lost along the way and to finally show up in the world as my authentic self."
