Lotte and her husband, John founded professional hair care company, AG Hair in the basement of their Vancouver home in 1989 and built it into a multi-million dollar business servicing thousands of salons around the world.
Having achieved financial independence, Lotte decided to channel the “entrepreneurial juices just seeping from my pores” to start-up a venture in the philanthropic sector. She founded One Girl Can, an education charity that would change the lives of thousands of Kenyan young women and become the most defining work of Lotte’s life as well.
