On Monday the 3rd of April was the unveiling of the traveling sculpture, the angel of the west if you like, the 27-foot-tall knife angel was unveiled at the city park in Bradford, it’s purpose is to be used as an educational tool to raise awareness of knife crime and violence in the city It has previously been displayed in Liverpool, Coventry, hull, Birmingham, Middlesbrough. This knife angel was made out of 100,000 blunted knifes and blades that were either taking off the street or used in crimes. Some of the blades have the names of the victims engraved on it written by families and friends This knife angel was created by Alfie Bradley
