With High winds and Flood waters raising over 12 inches above the previous record set in 1916, Hurricane Helene completely destroyed hundreds of communities in its path. Hundreds are dead. Tens of thousands more who's lives will never be the same. Many are wondering "now what?", as they look around and see that the storm completely upended their lives and smashed their dreams.
