When Ash & CC worked at "The Cupola" they faced many challenges. Everything from normal office politics, to truly bizarre situations. Often, when they would bring up real issues and concerns about the many problems within the building they were called "petty" or "immature" by leadership. After many years of this the girls saw through the gaslighting and decided it was time to leave. Their feelings are complicated and sometimes raw- this podcast was created to help them express their loss, find healing, and eventually be able to move on. But not yet. We're still feeling petty.
