Today, our theme was the second Pillar of Coherence, Source which manifests as Spirituality.
We pulled the Temperance card, which reminds us to strike balance within our different aspects.
Our mantra today is, “I AM tender and fierce.”
If you want to implement this into your day, try taking a moment (in a safe place) and screaming at the top of your lungs. Pay attention to the reverberations and space you take up.
