Episode notes

The Air Quality Index, or AQI, is a measure of the level of air pollution in a given area. It's calculated based on the concentration of five major pollutants: particulate matter, ozone, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, and sulfur dioxide. AQI is important because poor air quality can have serious health effects, from respiratory issues to cardiovascular disease.
