Here I explore some intruder theory flaws, such as, why an intruder would shield his/her life by escaping yet display such disregard for discovery by making noise and writing a long-winded note. Background. On December 25, 1996, the Ramseys; John, Patsy, Jonbenet, and Burke, went home after attending a Christmas party at their friend's home, the White’s. Just prior to 6 AM, Patsy placed a 911 call where she audibly frantically reports "we have a kidnapping", and she reports finding a “ransom note". Patsy also says that her daughter is missing, and quickly gives the 911 operator her home address and other details about the note, then shortly-after, presumably, ‘hangs up’ the phone.
