The Worst Performing Neighbourhoods in Vancouver - 2025
Wow. If I didn't know any better I'd think the world might be ending...at least in terms of what's on social media on the topic of Vancouver's real estate market.
There's a LOT of doom and gloom out there. So, I thought I'd add my two cents and provide a dose of data-backed reality.
So yeah, there's no doubt that the current Vancouver real estate market is a challenging one (10 year highs for inventory and 10 year lows for sales). But...it's challenging in very specific market segments.
