Luke has been awarded the title of 'World's Best Sausage' but it didn't just fall into this lap. Luke started scurbbing floors at the local butcher when he was 13, he commenced his apprenticiship when he was 17 and he is now a butcher located in Adelaide with a global name for himself. Luke is heading back to the World Butcher Challenge hoping for another podium finish for the Australian Team.
