We get it… exercise is good for you and a component of a healthy lifestyle. The benefits go beyond physical fitness into our mental health and overall well-being but why does it suck so much? Weights are heavy, calisthenics are repetitive, and running seems like a pointless endeavor. Let’s face it the best part of exercise is when you’re finished it!
