Sexism in what context?

We breakdown sexism a little bit, trying to understand the idea behind basic pay and equality. A few snippets of my experience with it throughout my life. Sexism is way too complex to sum up in 20 minutes but we try to understand a little bit of the logic behind that. Addressing some comments that some people might find sexist as well from my first episode.
