I sit down with Phil Gonshak – who just happens to be the Chief of Police in Seal Beach, CA. Phil and I met only a couple months ago, but it seems like I have known him forever. Phil started his career in Tempe, AZ as a Police Officer in 2000 before lateraling to Seal Beach in 2007. Phil promoted through the ranks in Seal Beach, but not before spending time in Special Investigations, Narcotics, and as an operator and Sniper on the SWAT team. Phil was also the Commander for the West County SWAT team in Orange County, CA.
