Christian has spent much of her adult life championing empowerment and building consistent community support. Her decade+ career in nonprofit leadership has reduced many barriers so others can achieve the transformative power of education, mentorship and holistic support.
By graduating from Spelman College, she completed a legacy unfulfilled by her father not earning his Morehouse College degree due to financial constraints. As the newly-appointed CEO of Wellspring Living, a nonprofit that helps those at risk of or victimized by sex trafficking, Murphy has nearly completed a $20 million capital campaign.
