After hearing several guest state that they fell in love with BBQ because of Haywards BBQ and specifically, Haywards Spears, we just had to dedicate a whole show to him. Since Mr. Spears had passed recently, we did the next best thing and had the current owner, Eric Sweeny on to share some memories.
