I don’t know if I’m the only one but recently everything has just been making me extremely stressed, anxious, and drained. I am at a point of severe burnout and I truly need to deal with it. In this episode I talk about what it’s like to be burnt out, how to try to deal with it, and how we can cope with the symptoms and possibly prevent it from happening again in the future.
