Kurt kicks things off by reminding Chris of a little humble pie served a few weeks ago before sharing some of the pet peeves his own family (including his brother Drew) and his boss have about him — like taking client calls at ridiculous hours or constantly changing plans in pursuit of improvement.
Chris shares a recent real estate frustration: dealing with a building report that revealed costly water issues in a property. After Chris’ client withdrew from negotiations, the agent and vendor surprisingly declined to receive the building report — potentially avoiding any obligation to disclose known defects to future buyers.
