After her studies, Christine started her professional life in associative projects between Europe and Asia before going into corporate life, where she worked 10 years in career management. She lived in Thailand for four years and moved in 1999 to Singapore, which she now calls home. Christine started teaching Kundalini Yoga in 2003 and created her company, InnerKeys, in 2005. She is trained in Thai and Chinese acupressure and Ayurvedic massage. She is a certified BodyTalk System practitioner specialising in kundalini energy management, and a Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Professional trainer operating in Asia. In addition to being a gong player, Christine is trained in Yin Yoga and laughter yoga. She is studying Tibetan medicine and is involved in the spiritual practices of Tibetan doctors and healers. This is the reason behind her decision to pursue a profession in counselling and homeopathy simultaneously.
