Be a Force Multiplier

In this episode, I reflect on being, 'The Nail that Sticks Up' and embracing being a 'Force Multiplier'. I share a narrative of trauma and how I am choosing not to allow the traumatic experience to be the period or end point of my journey in this field I have grown to love deeply.

I am anchoring myself to my passion for the field of education, my purpose to do what is best for students - all students, and my belief that every single student is salvageable and capable of success.
