To the leaders,

We are all a product of our addictions. Whether that being a substance, person, or activity, all form habits that become unhealthy addictions.

I mention that the sun and water cannot be bad but even these can be overdone. In essence, anything that is good for you can become bad for you is used too often.

Under the task of personal excellence, it is your duty to balance your addictions to make sure they add to your life and society and not take away.

Use them wisely and they will help you grow in every facet of life. Use them poorly and they will kill you and destroy humanity.

As always, the choice is yours. Be a conscious being and make choices that benefit the whole.
