Today's episode is all about supplements and what I believe you should and shouldn't take.
Please take all my words with a grain of salt and do you own research if you think something here may benefit you. Supplements should be taken after a dialed diet is set. I have been on an animal-based diet for the past couple years, and it has changed my life forever. I am a big proponent of red meat being the key to thriving in our fast paced 21st century world.
