As entrepreneurs we are often in the thick of our business. Putting out fires, running the day-to-day, analyzing data, pivoting, creating. Does this really give us an objective view of where we are heading?
On top of this, many entrepreneurs are one-man shows, they are responsible for the marketing, social media content, ordering, customer acquisition and retention, problem solving, etc. If they fall short on one area of their business, it suffers, there’s nobody else.
Does this leave time for creativity? To analyze results? To see what is happening in the marketplace? Prepare for potential changes?
