Episode 11 of seaon one.
In this Encouraging Cup podcast Wayne takes up a simple message, from one of the stickers that randomly appear on the Coffee van cups he serves. It's this: "Give yourself permission to slow down and enjoy something nice today." There's a reference to the classic Australian movie 'The Castle' and an invitation to notice something we can enjoy, that we all have, that is very simple indeed.
