Hello,
My name is Espen Jack, aka EJ, I’m a 15 year old Australian boy born in England (Derbyshire)
I've decided to start a mental health podcast. I've always been passionate about helping others and many have encouraged me to follow that passion so I thought to myself why not give podcasting a go. I'll be covering many different topics as I have a lot of personal experience with many mental health related struggles. My future plan is to get friends, sportstars, psychologists, musicians or any other related community, on my podcast to discuss a very non-conversed, serious topic of Mental health.
