Carl "Coral" Watts

Carl "Coral" Eugene Watts was a typical kid until the time he contracted meningitis and polio as a child. Or so they say. Early on in life, at the ripe age of 12, Carl began fantasizing about torturing and killing young girls and women. By the age of 15, Carl turned this fantasy into a reality and attacked his first victim. Throughout his 20's the attacks continued, and Carl estimated that he killed over 80 victims in Michigan and Texas, US. But it doesn't stop here. During his reign of terror, Carl made his way to Windsor, Ontario, Canada, leaving two more women in his wake. Between 1974 and 1982, this monster was dubbed the "Sunday Morning Slasher" because of the hours he attacked.
