Throughout this meditation, you are asked to hear specific sounds one at a time. As you practice Silence and listening, you hear the speed of the rain falling, thunder, frogs, insects, wind and lastly the drips and drops of the rainstorm. Take a moment to imagine what would be all around you as you watch and listen to the rainstorm. Breathe and let the water wash away any tension.
