If I were to step foot into the gym for the first time as a beginner, I would use the strategies below:
-find a good gym that fits your needs
-ask for help and seek fitness guidance if you need it
-learn how to manage your "gym anxieties"
-plan your workouts ahead of time to optimize productivity and efficiency
