Lou is back and he seldom has good news. The Deacons think that the Rev and Lucy aren't keeping the congregation interested, as evidenced by the $16,000 deficit that the church is working with. Annie decides to investigate and in an entirely unrealistic turn of events, the twins save the day. Ruthie pressures T-Bone to get his drivers license so that they can have more privacy and he enlists Kevin to help him prepare for his road test.
