Many of my weekly Sunday meditations are direct responses to listener emails, and one common thread I see is that perfectionism is creating dis-ease and mental illness in a lot of people. I see it more commonly in women and girls, actually, but I suspect men are just not telling me about it as much! In this episode, we'll practice being mindful about our need to have perfect control over our environment, and what we can do to take the edge off using our mindfulness meditation basics.
