She is the former Managing Director of the company Social Chain, founded by Steven Bartlett. What’s more, Katy is vocal across her social platforms about the challenges of leadership and mental health and wellbeing at work, aiming to redefine social media as a force for good.
Katy is open and honest about her story and shares how she got to where she is today. She discusses the ups and downs of school through to how she’s handled her high-pressure jobs, and why she believes that knowing your values is so important throughout it all.
