Ford has recalled approximately 694,000 Bronco Sport and Escape SUVs due to a defect where fuel injectors may crack and leak fuel. This leakage poses a significant risk of underhood fires. The affected vehicles are certain 2021-2024 Bronco Sport SUVs and 2020-2022 Escapes, all equipped with Ford’s 1.5-liter, turbo-charged 3-cylinder engine.
