This is a man who hunted sex workers in my hometown back in the 1980's, but he isn't a well known serial killer, even to the people from this county. A Riverside County employee, first place chili cook-off winner, and a really sh*tty father. He's a man who would be convicted of 12 murders, and he really did cause a nightmare on their street.
