David Weeks is a survivor of two decades of child abuse and sex trafficking. He has a background in psychology and uses it to help spread awareness and education on human behaviour and trauma. In addition, he shares his story to help validate and spread education to other survivors so that they feel less alone and empowered and stop self-blaming. His mission is to break the silence and stigma that many face, especially in male communities where they often don’t talk about their trauma due to the socialisation they receive as children.
