    Our guest today is Dr. Neel Bulchandani, a holistic chiropractor, bodyworker, movement teacher, podcaster, and philosopher. He utilizes systems thinking in a field he developed called Integrative Airway & Feeding Chiropractic. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2008. He created the Airway Map – a new way of understanding the body’s maladapted patterns from tongue ties, narrow palates, and jaw issues – and from that understanding, he specializes in helping babies, children, and adults heal. He coordinates care with other experts in the airway field, and he has developed protocols for helping optimize outcomes with tongue tie, palate, and jaw surgeries.     Our guest today is Dr. David McIntosh, a Pediatric ENT Specialist with a particular interest in airway obstruction, facial and dental development, and its relationship to ENT airway problems, and middle ear disease. He is also passionate about Indigenous Health. He has undertaken advanced surgical training in ENT and Head and Neck Surgery and Pediatric training at Starship Children’s Hospital in Auckland, New Zealand. Dr. McIntosh has been published in peer-reviewed ENT Journals worldwide, has presented on ENT topics throughout Australia and overseas, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. During his career, Dr. McIntosh has held memberships with the Australian and New Zealand Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology, the Australasian Rhinological Society, and the Australasian Sleep Association. He is also the author of “Snored to Death: Are You Dying in Your Sleep?”, "A Parent's Guide to Sleep Disordered Breathing," and "Mental Health: Exploring How Problems of the Ear, Nose, and TYhroat May Affect Your Mental Health."     Our guest today is Claire Duque, a Myofunctional Therapist & Occupational Therapist. Before being trained in myofunctional therapy, Claire served the adult population as an occupational therapist. Having a child with airway issues ignited her passion for this space and her desire to help kids and their futures. Claire believes that sleep and breathing are the cornerstones of health for a child. Claire is particularly passionate about early intervention and the role orofacial dysfunction plays in a child's behavior, sensory system, health, immunity, allergies, and cognitive development. Treatment includes comprehensive assessment and evaluation, muscle training and exercises, and retraining in breathing, nasal breathing, tongue posture, and tongue thrust.
