A Journey: Mapping the Moral Terrain of EdTech in the Digital Classroom

A Journey: Mapping the Moral Terrain of EdTech in the Digital Classroom by Heidi Barbour

Episode notes

In this episode I examine, through the metaphor of a journey, the ethical considerations and responsibilities associated with using technology in the classroom. I look at the issues and implications of digital technologies for education and look briefly at how history can be used as a tool to help with this technological revolution.

Finally, I give my own point of view as to how my research has affected my sense of ‘Digital Literacy’ in the classroom and how technology is impacting my teaching and the students I teach.
