On December 23rd, 2015 Connie Dabate began her day as usual. Christmas was right around the corner and her kids were off to school that morning before they enjoyed the holiday break. However, Connie would never see her kids get off the bus that afternoon. Around 10 in the morning, she was shot twice while her husband was found tied to a chair.
