Emma Humphries @emmahumphries01 lives in London and has had trichotillomania since she was around 16 years old but has only been able to put a name to it about 3 years ago! She’s a doctor herself and wants people to feel less embarrassed about something that, as it turns out, so many people struggle with! It just takes talking about it for it to come out sometimes! People will still love you if you have trichotillomania! She started using KeenLite from HabitAware when she bought an Apple Watch for her birthday and it’s been the most helpful tool so far!
