Take care of yourself

In this episode, I brought on my dear friend Suzanna Compositor, End of Life Doula and Reiki Master, to discuss caregiving at end of life. We discuss transitions that occur during that time, how to be organized, family dynamics, and knowing what to prepare for as our loved one's time on Earth comes to a close as well as taking care of yourself along the way and how private care can help with that.
