A perfect day to learn the lesson of "choosing myself" I talk about how life can sometimes throw us painful curveballs that shock us and hit us right in the face, deeply hurting us.

These curveballs are excellent opportunities to grow and to gain higher perspective.

Everything and every situation can be our teacher if we choose to look at it that way.
