Note sull'episodio
This week we speak to Rachael Newham, author of Learning to Breathe, and And Yet?, Mental Health Friendly Church Project Coordinator at Kintsugi Hope and the founder of Christian mental health charity, ThinkTwice. Rachael shares her story of mental illness, how she manages her mental illness now she's a Mum and how she kept her faith through the darkest of times. We also discuss how the Church, and we personally, can support people with a mental illness/poor mental health better, including how we can strive for a better sense of Shalom in our churches.
